About Lester E. Robertson, MD

Dr. L.E. Bud Robertson is a graduate of Baylor University and the University of Texas Health Sciences Center at San Antonio. He completed a post-doctoral residency in internal medicine at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, S.C., a fellowship in medical oncology at the M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston and a hematology fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine. Dr. Robertson is board certified in internal medicine, hematology and medical oncology. He has a background in cancer research and has been published numerous times, primarily focusing his research on leukemia and lymphoma. Dr. Robertson joined Summit Cancer Care in 1995 after coming from M.D. Anderson Cancer Center. He is a member of the American College of Physicians, American Society of Hematology and American Society of Clinical Oncology.
