About Stephanie Ambrose, MD

A graduate from Furman University, Dr. Stephanie Ambrose received her medical degree from Mercer University. She completed her general surgery internship, as well as her otolaryngology head and neck surgery residency at Virginia Commonwealth University. She completed her fellowship in pediatric otolaryngology at Emory University and Children’s Hospital in Atlanta. Dr. Ambrose is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. Dr. Ambrose is the region’s only fellowship-trained pediatric ENT who performs cleft lip and cleft palate corrective surgery. She is trained in and performs numerous other pediatric ENT surgeries including tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, myrinogotomy with placement of tubes and septoplasty, to name just a few.
